北京大學第一醫院（簡稱“北大醫院”）位于北京老皇城內，是距離中南海最近的醫院，是一所融醫療、教學、科研、預防為一體的大型綜合性三級甲等醫院，是中央保健基地醫院。

Peking University First Hospital (also called “Beida” Hospital) is a large comprehensive tertiary hospital integrating medical services with teaching, research and preventive medicine. It lies in the old imperial city, the very center of Beijing. It is the closest hospital to Zhongnanhai and the Central Government Designated Hospital.

 

北大醫院創建于1915年，是我國最早創辦的國立醫院，也是國內首批建立的臨床醫學院之一。北大醫院前身為民國教育部批準北京醫科專門學校設立附屬診察所；1946年隨北京醫學院與北京大學合并，由此得名“北大醫院”；此后經歷院系調整，2000年北京大學與北京醫科大學兩校再次合并，醫院隨之更名為“北京大學第一醫院”。2008年成為中央保健基地醫院。

Founded in 1915, Beida Hospital is the first state-owned hospital and the first-batch clinical medical school. It was initially the affiliated clinic of Beijing Medical School approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China. In 1946, it became a part of Peking University (also called Beida) and was renamed Beida Hospital. It didn’t get current name Peking University First Hospital until the year 2000 when Beijing Medical University and Peking University integrated after several separation and combination. In 2008, Peking University First Hospital became Central Government Designated Hospital.

 

近百年來，我院擁有著一批國內的首創專業學科以及在我國率先開展的診療技術，如國內首創小兒科(1940）、泌尿外科(1946)、腎臟病專業(1950)、綜合醫院心血管病房(50年代)、小兒神經專業(50年代)等；在國內率先開展改進靜脈麻醉(1951)、先心手術(50年代)、腎移植(1960)、引進人工晶體植入術(1983)、冠心病介入性治療(1986)、第一臺自體血液回收機(1997)、胸腔鏡手術(1992)、微創切口肺移植(2005)等，為我國的醫學事業作出了卓越的貢獻。

Over the past century, our hospital established the first Pediatrics Department(1940), the first Urology Department (1946), the first Cardiovascular Ward in general hospital (1950s), and the major of Nephrology(1950) and Pediatric Neurology(1950s) in China. We are also in the leading position among domestic colleagues on the performance of intravenous anesthesia(1951), surgical treatment of congenital heart diseases(1950s), kidney transplantation (1960), artificial crystal embedding(1983), coronary intervention(1986), self-blood callback(1997), thoracoscope operation(1992) and mini-incision lung transplantation(2005) and so on. Therefore, Peking University First Hospital has contributed and is contributing its own efforts to Chinese medical industry.

 

 

北大醫院設有35個臨床科室，16個醫技科室，6個研究所；共有64個病房，開放床位1600張。年門急診量270萬人次，年出院人數7.2萬人，年住院患者手術近3萬例，平均住院日7.9天。我院在職職工3200余人，其中正高級職稱220余人，副高級職稱320余人。我院泌尿外科郭應祿教授于1999年當選為中國工程院院士。

Peking University First Hospital has 35 clinical departments, 16 technological departments, 6 institutes, totally 64 wards and 1600 available beds. Every year, over 2.7 million outpatients and emergency cases are treated, with over 72,000 patients are admitted and about 30000 operations completed. The average hospital length of stay is 7.9 day. The hospital has over 3200 full time employees，including over 220 with a professional title of professor equivalent, over 320 with a professional title of associate professor equivalent. Prof. Guo Yinglu of Urology Department in our hospital was honored as an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1999, which is a national and independent organization, composed of elected members with the highest honor in the community of engineering and technological sciences of the nation.

 

 

我院學科齊全，綜合診療水平高，擁有國家級重點學科牽頭單位和參與單位共12個（泌尿外科、兒科、皮膚性病科、腎臟內科、中醫、中西醫結合科、心血管內科、血液內科、骨科、婦產科、眼科、病理科、核醫學科）和國家藥品臨床研究基地。我院是醫療保險A類定點醫院，為全市近2000萬享有基本醫療保險的職工自由選擇來我院就診提供醫療保障。在我院的就診患者中，有1/3是來自全國各地的疑難病患者。

Our hospital enjoys a reputation of complete disciplines and high-leveled general diagnosis and treatment. Our hospital owns 12 key disciplines of national level (including urology, pediatrics, dermatology and venerology, nephrology, TCM and integrated TCM and western medicine, cardiology, hematology, orthopedics, obstetrics & gynecology, ophthalmology, pathology and nuclear medicine) and a state base for drug clinical trial. As a Class A insurance hospital, we are providing about 20 million Beijing citizens who are enjoying basic medical insurance with medical security. Among all the outpatients of our hospitals, one third of them are patients with stubborn diseases coming from all over the country.

 

作為北京大學歷史最悠久的附屬臨床醫學院，近三十年來我院累計培養本科生3500余人，研究生3300余人，其中包括碩士1900余人，博士1300余人，博士后70余人。目前我院每年承擔著大量的教學任務，其中包括醫學部8年制臨床專業學生同期在院260余人，研究生同期在院500余人，護理系本科生同期在院260人左右。同時，我院還承擔著繁重的繼續教育任務，每年在我院參加各級住院醫師培訓、進修及考試的人員共計近7000人。

As Peking University’s affiliated hospital who has the longest history, our hospital has trained over 3500 undergraduates and over 3300 graduates, including over 1900 students with master degree, over 1300 students with doctor degree and about 70 post-doctoral students. At present, the hospital has an enrollment of more than 260 students covered by eight year doctoral program, over 500 master program students, and about 260 nursing school undergraduates. In addition, our hospital is responsible for the residency training and CME of about 7000 persons.

 

我院的科學研究水平多年來一直居于國內臨床研究領先地位，從1978年至2013年，累計獲得國家級、部（市）級、校級獎勵360項，其中包括國家科技進步獎、教育部高等學?？茖W研究優秀成果獎、中華醫學科技獎等；從1982年至2013年，累計發表論文總數20054篇，獲批國家級、部（市）級、校級課題1539項，獲批經費近6億元。2009～2012年間，國際論文被引用全國醫療機構排名，被引位次最高名列第3名；2003～2012年國際論文累計被引用篇數名列第9名，被引篇數1326篇，被引次數9554次。2002～2013年SCI收錄論文數1382篇，收錄總數1825篇，其中部分發表在包括New Engl J Med、Lancet、Blood、Am J Hum Genet等國際期刊上。

Peking University First Hospital has been holding the leading position for decades in clinical research among the top research hospitals in China. From 1978 to 2013, the hospital was totally awarded 360 research prizes by the nation, ministries, Beijing municipality and Peking University, including National Science and Technology Progress Award, Higher Education Institution Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award by Ministry of Education and Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. From 1982 to 2013, the total number of papers published by our hospital was 20,054, the number of projects acquired was 1539 from various levels, and the funds reached about 600 million RMB. During 2009 and 2012, Peking University First Hospital remained the top three in the national ranking of research article citation among the national medical institutions. The accumulated number of articles cited from 2003 to 2012 ranked No. 9, the number of article cited was 1326, and the times of articles cited was 9554.The number of SCI cited articles was 1382, the total number of papers cited was 1825 from 2002 to 2013. Several articles were published in the international renowned journals, such as New Engl J Med, Lancet, Blood, Am J Hum Genet.

水準原點的啟示

我覺得要想成為水準原點，首先要得到大家的公認，成為一個品牌，有了品牌，就能促進醫院的發展。原點是一個參照，是一個標準，我們做的所有的事情都要按照標準、按照規范去做，不僅如此，我們還要確定標準！

醫學是一種帶有情感的職業，是具有科學性的藝術。因此，我們要回到醫學的原點——給病人以愛。很多時候，我們僅僅給病人關愛，就能解決很大問題。

 

水準原點由誰來定？醫院的品牌如何樹立？我們怎樣回到醫學的原點？這要靠我們所有人去努力！只有這樣，才能使大家成為醫院的主人，才能充分發揮大家的積極性，才能把我們的醫院建設得更好！

水準原點是一座由花崗巖砌成的小石屋，這里曾是計算測量北京地區乃至整個華北地區海拔高度最原始的基準點。也許是歷史的巧合，1915年，它與我院同時誕生，后又坐落在我院第一住院部院內。歷經歲月滄桑，它承載了太多的責任與使命；無論寒來暑往，她都靜靜地矗立著，與我院一同經歷風雨的洗禮，見證北大醫院日新月異的變化。水準原點就在我們的身邊，它是昭示醫院文化精髓和內涵的最佳載體。聯想到我們以醫療、教學和科研為主體的各項工作，也應該有如這水準原點一般處處起到垂范作用，成為公認的標準……
